This 158-page color catalogue was published on the occasion of a retrospective of Russian artist Eugene Chubarov's 1990's abstract work at The State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg in spring of 2004. The book is written in Russian and English, with essays by Alexander Borovsky, Curator of Contemporary Art at The State Russian Museum, and Vitaly Patsukov, Art Critic and Head of Experimental Programs at the National Center for Contemporary Art in Moscow. An interview with the artist is also included.

The book contains 69 plates of Chubarov's abstract paintings of the 90's. Full page details accompany selected paintings.
